Tobii have released a plugin which allows you to feed eye tracking data into Morae Recorder. The plugin allows eye tracking data to be overlayed over the captured video.
Best of all, it’s free. (Assuming you have Morae and a Tobii T/X Series eyetracker, of course)
From the looks of things on the surface, it looks like gaze plot data is overlayed on the video. It doesn’t appear that much more analysis comes with it (such as heatmap/opacity maps, metrics, etc), though it will probably not be missed for people who regularly use Morae.
Naturally using both Tobii Studio and Morae Suite, I’m keen on seeing how this plugin works. So stay tuned for a review of the plugin and to see if we can actually get the best of both worlds.
